Our Name
What’s in a name? Quite a lot, in our case…

We put a lot of thought into our name, as we wanted it to convey the key elements of what we stand for. Our name is Monevate, which is a portmanteau of “Monetize” and “Innovate.”

The name speaks to our aims to:

James Wilton

Managing Partner

James has spent the last 10 years helping fast-growing companies monetize their products. He has deep expertise in all areas of pricing strategy across industries, and specializes in Tech & SaaS pricing, and in monetizing new products, innovations, and startup businesses. Prior to his current role, James was a Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company and led the pricing service line for “Fuel” – McKinsey’s practice for serving fast-growing tech companies.
Malvika Gupta

Malvika Gupta

Principal

Malvika has spent the last 4 years working with tech clients on a variety of growth and go-to-market strategy topics. She has worked with 20+ companies ranging from early-stage startups to multi-billion dollar revenue organizations. Relevant topics have included pricing, international expansion, vertical expansion, and new product development roadmaps. Prior to this role, Malvika was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey, and served clients as part of the TMT and Private Equity practices.
Spencer Slaton

Spencer Slaton

Principal

Over the last 8 years, Spencer has partnered with organizations to maximize their pricing strategy. He has in-depth experience across price optimization, sales enablement, and commercial strategy. Prior to joining Monevate, Spencer was a Manager in Accenture’s Growth, Pricing, and Corporate Strategy practice where he worked with a variety of clients across B2B and B2C industries.

Max has spent the last 4 years of his career working on highly analytical pricing projects. These engagements gave him significant experience in creating and implementing data-driven pricing models alongside team members from the sales team, IT, and C-Suite.

Passionate about technology and new areas of value to be created, Martin helps clients with GTM, new product launches and growth. Prior to his current role, Martin built and sold a Healthcare SaaS business helping insurance companies better manage chronic patient workflows, and spent 5 years with McKinsey.

Alexis has more than 10 years of experience helping B2B & B2C clients on growth strategy, pricing and commercial excellence topics. Alexis also brings a diverse background of experiences at the intersection of technology, analytics, and finance. Prior to joining Monevate, Alexis worked with Simon-Kucher, PwC, Oliver Wyman, where he completed multiple software, telecom, and technology-focused engagements.

Rahul has a background in driving value for B2B and B2C companies through key go-to-market strategy initiatives. He has developed expertise in drawing actionable insights and impactful recommendations for clients, applicable to a broad range of areas including organizational strategy, commercial operations, sales effectiveness & enablement, and incentive compensation. Before joining Monevate, Rahul spent 3+ years in the Decision Analytics consulting group at ZS Associates serving large MedTech, Travel, and Hospitality organizations.

Audrey has a career focused on collecting and using data to help clients uncover the unknown and operationalize solutions to their biggest challenges. Prior to her time at Monevate, Audrey gained significant B2B pricing experience at a boutique consulting firm. Following this, she was a key component of healthcare innovations and applied intelligence at Accenture, where she gained industry knowledge in user-centric and analytics-based product development.

Santan has experience developing monetization, GTM, and growth strategies for B2B clients using data analytics and customer insights. Prior to joining Monevate, Santan spent over two years at Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with clients across the technology, insurance, industrial products, and life sciences industries to drive revenue growth through innovative technologies.

She has spent the past 7 years building a career in the luxury-residential real estate development industry.
