About Eric

Eric is an Engagement Manager at Monevate and has experience using data, analytics, and customer/operational insights to drive strategy and transformations across a range of clients.


Prior to joining Monevate, Eric was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with clients to accelerate revenue growth through marketing & sales strategy. Eric was also part of the founding team of Next1B, McKinsey's incubator-style program focused on helping Black-owned startup brands to grow and scale. Outside of consulting, he also spent time developing retail strategy at Lululemon.
